Transaction, compliance-hold and return terms
Vaultora Instant Swap is designed to permit supported crypto-to-crypto transaction requests without creating a normal Vaultora account. “No account required” does not mean that identity verification can never be required.
Quotes and execution
Displayed rates are indicative until a transaction is actually executed. Network conditions, pricing, fees and available execution may affect the final result. Vaultora must not present an execution route as live until its production liquidity/execution controls are configured and tested.
Manual review
Every Instant Swap payout is subject to manual review before release. Vaultora may request identity, source-of-funds, destination-ownership or other information where transaction risk, fraud, sanctions, ownership, legal or compliance concerns arise.
Compliance hold and failed identity verification
If a transaction is placed on compliance hold, received assets remain attributable to that transaction and are not Vaultora revenue, treasury liquidity or staking inventory. If required identity verification fails, an internal review hold of up to 90 days may apply. A documented risk/behavior review may support one maker-checker-approved extension of up to 180 additional days.
Complaints and legal holds
The internal 90/270-day review schedule does not override a binding legal restriction, sanctions block, court/law-enforcement requirement, unresolved ownership dispute or third-party claim. Such conditions may prevent release until properly resolved.
Return destination
When a held transaction becomes eligible for return, Vaultora may require the customer to re-provide the original source address or provide a destination at a verified exchange account controlled by the customer. An exchange-account return can require ownership evidence and account-identifying information. Changing a destination after verification requires a new review. Address, network and any required memo/tag must be verified before release.
Legal review before production
These product terms describe the V4.3 software workflow and are not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal advice or licensing/compliance review. Vaultora administration must complete applicable go-live requirements before accepting real customer assets.
